The methodology we use is based on the most recent scientific evidence with the purpose of individualizing training programs to the objectives of each person.
That is why we divide the work into 3 stages to optimize the process and seek the best results.
OBJECTIVES
The objectives are the aspect by which the assessment and subsequent training will be governed. Therefore, its definition must be precise and realistic.
ASSESSMENT
A correct assessment, both physical and mental, is essential to know the current state of fitness and adapt the training to achieve the set objectives.
TRAINING
The training will be planned, programmed and prescribed based on the objectives and the assessment carried out in a completely individualized way for each person.
